Supporting Emotional Wellbeing Through Therapeutic Sensory Music
Helping children, young people and adults feel calm, connected and understood through personalised sensory music experiences.

At Serenity Sensory Music, every session is carefully designed around the individual. Through music, sensory experiences and creative exploration, I provide a safe and supportive environment where people can express themselves, build confidence and develop emotional wellbeing.
Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, emotional regulation, communication, autism, ADHD, SEND needs or simply a calm and engaging space to explore music, sessions are tailored to meet each person exactly where they are.
A Safe Space to Explore, Connect and Thrive
My name is Laura Seymour
Many of the individuals and families I support are looking for more than a music session.
They are looking for a place where they can feel accepted.
A place where there is no pressure to perform.
A place where emotions can be explored safely through sound, movement, creativity and sensory experiences.
Using carefully selected instruments, gentle lighting, visual themes and therapeutic musical activities, I create sessions that support emotional wellbeing while making music accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
