1) Junior Workshops: Making Music Fun!

For: Juniors aged 8 to 11

These workshops, with 10 spaces available, are designed to expand your child's musical knowledge while fostering independence, confidence, and social skills. The engaging themes—such as colors, space, sea, seasons, festivals, letters, and numbers—help children develop language, numeracy, and communication skills.

In our sessions, we will incorporate:

  • Action songs like "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes," "B-I-N-G-O," and "Twinkle Twinkle," which encourage movement and creativity.

  • A variety of instruments from orchestral families, including brass, strings, woodwind, and percussion.

  • Musical elements such as simple notation, dynamics, rhythm, tempo, and pitch.

Children will learn to play as a band, fostering teamwork and musical collaboration. Our workshops also provide plenty of opportunities for movement and dance, helping children stay active and healthy.

2) Secondary Workshops: Fun and Engaging!

For: Secondary school students aged 11-16

With 10 spaces available, these 45-minute workshops encourage students to create music while developing friendships. We will explore a wide range of percussion instruments and even delve into electric and classical instruments from around the world.

In these sessions, we will:

  • Focus on well-being and current needs, using therapeutic strategies such as relaxing lighting and calming scents to create a soothing environment.

  • Help participants develop their musical voice and improve overall well-being while reducing stress and anxiety.

These workshops provide a safe space for teens to express themselves and connect with others.

3) Young Adults Workshops: Music for Life!

For: Young adults aged 16+

With 10 spaces available, these workshops aim to explore how music can enhance life. We will focus on well-being, mental health, and career ideas in a supportive environment.

Participants can expect:

  • Relaxing sessions that foster confidence and friendships.

  • A wide variety of percussion instruments and calming activities that promote relaxation and self-expression.

These workshops are designed to help young adults find their musical voice while providing a break from the pressures of daily life.

4) Adults Only Workshops: Building a Musical Community!

For: Adults seeking to explore therapeutic music in an ensemble setting.

With 12 spaces available, these 45-minute workshops provide a unique opportunity for adults to connect through music. In a relaxed and safe environment, we will explore well-being and mental health without the need for words.

In these sessions, participants can:

  • Create music together while focusing on reducing stress and building healthy relationships.
